After 15 years of being a state licensed day care provider (and I am proud to say - a good one!!!) I have made the decision to leave the business. I am a bit terrified and yet excited about starting something new, but worried how my last 15 years will be looked at by prospective employers. My two jobs before this were with major corporations, but I am not sure whether or not this will matter, and hoping that someone will see my enthusiasm to learn and be challenged something worthwhile. Any comments and suggestions on how this could be incorporated into a resume and/or starting a new home business would be appreciated !!
