The first step would be to try and determine who your target market is. This could be slightly more tricky in this case because generally the person hosting a baby shower is either going to be a friend or sister. They most likely wouldn't be looking at baby sites. However, you never know because they may just be starting a family as well. The object is to gain exposure. You might try a couple of baby sites, family sites, party related sites and don't forget about offline advertising. Get some business cards printed up and hand them out freely. Where do people go in your area to look for shower favors? If it's a particular shop, it couldn't hurt to pay them a visit and show them what you're offering and leave them your card. Do you have a neighborhood newspaper? Look into the classifieds there. Is there a bulletin board in your local grocery store? Leave a business card there. Write a press release and submit it to the local papers as well.
Do you have a website? Get it listed in online directories. Also, do a search under "baby shower favors". See what types of places come up. Then do a search under the company name which will show you some of the places that they are listed. The idea is to spread the word as much as possible. Good luck!
